Business Analyst / R&D Engineer

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As Business Analyst / Requirement engineer, your responsibilities will be to:
• Participate with experts and project managers in developments, quality processes, documentation and reviews. For instance, you support efforts related to filing submissions and audits, integrating and understanding inputs from experts;
• From requirements to test procedures, consolidate a consistent level of documentation deliverables across the various projects and products;
• Ensure requirement flow down between the various components of the proton therapy products;
• With the help of other team members, maintain that level of quality through e.g. impact analysis, updates of risk analysis;
• Disseminate quality mindset and good practices within the team.

You have:

• A degree in Science or Engineering;
• Excellent communication skills especially in French and English;
• Knowledge of DOORS and validation matrices is an asset;
• Knowledge of agile as well as “V” development processes are also an asset;
• An experience in a quality department, in risk analysis or requirement engineering is an asset.

And you are:

• Quality minded, pragmatic, poised, curious;
• A team player having the passion to communicate/listen/influence others in view of reaching your objectives;
• Interested in quality processes and norms;
• Willing to understand the technical challenges brought by R&D of particle accelerators through the entire product lifecycle.
